DynaJan offers a full complement of maintenance services. Below, are details about our more popular services. We have the capability to provide more specialized service based on a case-by-case basis. Janitorial Services

Floors: sweep, mop, strip, finish, buff, burnish
Carpets: vacuum, spot-clean, shampoo
Windows: wash & shine
Furniture: dust, polish, shampoo
Bathrooms: clean floors, walls, sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, re-stock supplies
Kitchens & Breakrooms: clean floors, sinks, wipe-down counters
Lobbies: dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, polish, etc
Remove trash: empty & reline trashcans

Green products: Whenever possible, we use 'Green' cleaning products that are non-toxic, eco-friendly, and safe for people and the environment.
The purpose for using 'Green' products: The purpose of these products is to curb the use of industrial strength chemicals around work environments where people come into physical contact with exposed surfaces. All chemicals we use are approved by OSHA and held within strict guidelines with respect to human health.

Polishing: polish stair rails and other aesthetic surfaces to their original shine
Pressure Washing: remove mold, stains, and other residues from parking lots, concrete, and other hard-to-clean surfaces
Tile & Grout Cleaning: restore tile and grout to a new appearance by buffing out the grime build-up that occurs over time
